Shriram Vadapav, Shirwal
I was introduced to this place some years ago by a friend from Sangli, since then, I haven't passed Shirwal and not stopped at this place! Theres always a huge line of vehicles on the highway , so easy to spot, specially during breakfast hours!
Obviously the place is famous for its Vadapav and Misal, but its the 'shabu-vada' I love the most here! Super crisp on the outside, that perfect golden-brown colour, and soft in the inside! I just love it without any chutney (a rare thing for me!) but thats the best part about it!
Special mention : In spite of being super crowded on the onset of a long weekend during breakfast hours, the staff was really soft spoken, I liked cleanliness maintained and the speed at which the vadas were being made!
