So after getting it so wrong for the British we are now trying to pull everything we put on In the last 7 weeks to come in tighter, drier and fucking peeled for the @ World's. Honestly my body and mind are battered, I've had 16 days off diet since February and to top it all off going zero carbs and zero fats these past 6 days have literally pushed me to my limit and then some.
After a slight rebound of 2 days post show and 13lb up I have now as today pulled 14lb off since Tuesday taking extreme measures. I have no expectations at the Worlds but il be happy if I can bring my trademark conditioning with fullness in which I was lacking at British. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
