Depending on your health goals, I will guide you in the right direction throughout my 4 week email coaching program. -
The program is 100% virtual, so if you are an introvert, no worries! There’s no skype or phone calls, here!
At the beginning of our coaching relationship, we will have a wellness review of your health history, current health, lifestyle, habits and roadblocks. -
We will work together to create a sustainable vision and create realistic achievable goals. -
I will design your own personal protocol in the form of a downloadable PDF and it will cover your nutrition and lifestyle plan with printable meal plans and daily checklists.
You are more than welcome to get a lab test done to see if you have any deficiencies and we will work together to include foods in your daily eating plan that are rich in the nutrients that your body uniquely needs.
During the 4 weeks there is unlimited email support, so you can ask me any questions at any time, and I will send out daily motivational emails to keep you accountable and inspired. -
We will have weekly progress email check-ins to see how things are going and if anything needs to be changed. -
Depending on your health goals we can work together for longer than 4 weeks if you really and truly want to transform your life, but I recommend starting with 4 weeks ☺️
