Pancake limone, cocco e cioccolato 😍😍 Ingredienti: Fiocchi baby d’avena 40 gr ( questa volta ho usato quelli aromatizzati crema al limone di @bpr_nutrition per accentuare il gusto) Una tazzina di tè o infuso di limone @lipton Scorza di limone 40 gr di farina di cocco @baulevolantebio 20 gr di cocco rapè bio @tescofood 20 gr di cioccolato fondente @perugina 100 gr di albume 3 gr Idrolitina (o bicarbonato +limone) Procedimento: Mettere in una ciotola farina, fiocchi, 10 gr di cocco poi aggiungere l’albume e mescolare bene con una frusta. Aggiungere l’idrolitina e versateci su il tè o l’infuso q.b. facendo attenzione a non far diventare il composto troppo liquido. Lasciate agire L’agente lievitante per circa un minuto. Aggiungere il cioccolato ridotto a pezzetti. Riscaldate il pentolino scalda latte antiaderente (12 cm) e poi abbassare la fiamma al minimo prima di versare il composto. Una volta versato mettete subito il coperchio e lasciate cuocere fino a quando la parte superiore risulta compatta e opaca, poi capovolgetelo e fate cuocere pochissimi minuti dall’altro lato. Con i restanti 10 gr di cocco ho fatto una cremina/pappetta aggiungendo qualche goccia dell’infuso rimasto. In fine poi una spolverata di cacao per decorare non guasta mai. Coconut porridge with mango, blueberries and hazelnuts 🌰💛💙. Obviously this was not todays breakfast. I had this bowl a couple of days ago as an afternoon snack, because I wanted to try to combine coconut pudding with porridge and it turned out super creamy and light 😀! Today is my second day in Copenhagen and I can't wait to check out more of it's sights and discover more of the city 😍! I really enjoy the fact that you could discover the city by foot so easily, so I don't have to pay for any public transport and can save the money for the super expensive food here 😂. RECIPE>>> Makes 4 one-pint jars Ingredients: 2 cups diced USA Pears 1 cup steel cut #oats 1/4 cup #chopped dried #fruit, such as #cranberries, #cherries, #dates, or #raisins 6 tablespoons #honey 8 teaspoons #chia #seeds 1/2 teaspoon #cardamom 1/2 teaspoon ground #ginger #Seasalt About 3 cups water Topping Ideas: #CoconutMilk #Yogurt or #GreekYogurt #Driedfruit #ToastedCoconut Flakes #Cacao Nibs Directions: In each of 4 pint-size mason jars, combine 1/2 cup of the pears, 1/4 cup of the oats, 1 tablespoon of the dried fruit, 1 1/2 tablespoons of the honey, 2 teaspoons of the chia seeds, 1/8 teaspoon each of the cardamom and ground ginger, and a pinch of salt. Pour about 3/4 cup water into each jar, leaving at least 1 inch of headspace. Screw on the tops and shake the jars vigorously to mix everything together. Loosen the lids slightly to allow steam to release as they cook. Prepare the Instant Pot by placing a wire rack in the bottom and pouring in 1 cup of water. Place the jars on the rack and secure the top of the pot. Select high pressure and set the timer for 20 minutes. When done cooking, allow the pressure to naturally release for at least 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure. (Consult the manufacturer’s instructions for safe use.) Open the pressure cooker and carefully remove the hot jars. Allow them to rest until the contents stop bubbling. Remove the lids using hot pads, being careful for steam. Stir each jar, then top as desired with the optional toppings. The oats can be served immediately or the lids can be put back on to serve them later.

Started my morning with a quick leg workout (felt so good after taking the week off to let my body rest), a meditation session, the usual cup of green tea, and this bowl of oatmeal 🥄✨ cooked the oats as i always do but topped with banana, frozen bluebs, pepitas, flax meal, and a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter.
