Dynamic Hamstring Mobility 🏃🏾‍♂️ One of the Easiest ways to get the Hamstring moving. 🛑 Stop Stretching and try this instead! 🏋️‍♀️ It’s not just about increasing ROM but also learning to start controlling that motion. I love this as a snack! It’s low fat cottage cheese(onion and chive) with my favs, BBQ Popouts or Popchips. It’s less than 200 calories for this snack and you get a lot of them for what they weigh. Pretty good on carbs,fats and with the cottage cheese it’s a good little booster for protein. For me, it usually looks Like anything from 70-100g of low fat cottage cheese, and then 25-40g of Pop outs. This depends on calories and how much I fancy. Lots of people love Cottage cheese but don’t know what to eat it with. Give this a whirl. #rwfgym #femalept

Thanks coach @f.tyler - just squeezed that workout in. 50 wallballs 40 16kg box step ups 30 power snatches at 30kg 20 strict ring dips 10 strict hspu (oh, man!) 5 overhead squats at 30kg 2 rounds - 20 minute cap. Well 2 rounds was not happening! 1 round and 51 reps. Those power snatches then those hspu! 😫😂😂 Fun, though! Thanks the 7.30 class!

Good session at the new Tylorstown sports centre Gym, they have a nice squat rack and platform in the corner which was perfect for the sesh. Did some decent lifting, 125kg C&j pb almost 130kg but position still isn't perfect at the moment so more work to be done, feels light but couldnt quite get it into position, cleaned 150kg which I was happy with, and a new 5rm on clean deadlifts of 220kg. Also cheers @lukephillips125 for the encouragement on that 150 clean 👌🏻 Session went: Clean and Jerks: 110x2, 115x1, 120x1, 125x1 and 3 attempts at 130kg. Make it HAAAARDER - 🏋️ How to make slow pulls even more effective or potentially kill yourself in the process? 😅 make it a slow concentric, slow eccentric with a pause at lift off/float - 🏋️ Yes I hate them (now less because my back is stronger) but they are super effective and even this set with 105kg/231lbs felt very good. Be confident to let the brakes off. This is the worst that would happen if you fully commit. Develop speed under the bar with the light weights then continue as the weights build up • Go too heavy too soon and you’ll likely resort back to riding it in!
