We still can't get over the success of this year's campaign! Please watch this video and read the testimonial below👇
The beauty of life is in it's innate ability to command the best out of our imperfection. We are all flawed, but there's a stage specifically for everyone to flourish - all you need is an optimistic spirit.
That spirit enables you go for the gold, even when naturally you are disadvantaged to have a bronze. Weakness is only a trait in those that embrace it. Reach beyond your ability and you'll unlock ovation with applause.
At this year's edition of the Read and Think Initiative programme. Hearing-impaired students were present and participated in the contest. There were mixed feelings...How do we even explain and communicate the instructions.
On the other end, those guys sat with rapt attention. They wanted to participate. They knew they could be creative and innovative. All they needed was a chance.
The moment a teacher came to convey the instructions in the language they understood, creativity naturally flowed from the cells of their brains to the hands.
They came out with an awesome initiative. Everybody applauded them, now the ovation didn't came out of pity, it was sincere appreciation of their creativity.
Presenting the solution was awesome. A teacher had to be their voice while they explained in their own gesticulative language. We could imagine the joy in their heart.
Life's journey could put people in a delicate or probably disadvantaged corner. Don't look at the impossible. Look within to grasp your own strength. You can break the shell. You will overcome if you'll just give it try. We are happy to give those hearing-impaired students a platform to express their creativity. The testimony is encouraging.
