Focus on making #yourself better each day then help #others realise their potential too. If you become a better u, everything around u will change including how u relate with everybody.
During my work as a #gym or #cardio instructor, i work with people of all walks of #life both #men and #women
Everyone calls me a name of their #choice some call me, #coach others #master #trainer #boss , #rasta , Dave, #instructor and to my surprise one called me #teacher but i never complain reason being i already know who i am and what you call me is your business of comfort not mine. My business is to work, stretch, push, sweat, exhaust you and wake up what already exists inside of you- the #lion or #lioness As a trainer i have learnt to be #patient with people coz we are totally different especially #women who are a tricky and delicate kind of people if you know what i mean. Some are slow learners who need time, you have to be gentle; and some are quick and just click but i some how manage to handle both very well, i don't know how but i guess i am patient and not good at #judging people and besides i am here to help push them beyond themselves and out of their comfort zone coz nothing good grows there. (I guess thats one thing i know about myself-seeing the best in others) We ofcourse have those that complain about everything as an excuse of not wanting to work, but for such people i just keep quiet and smile, then we have the quiet ones who never complain but do everything you tell them to do and all you see is sweat, then ofcourse we have those that just smile at you as you workout as a way of saying (how are you able to do this everyday without breaking down)
Some of them ask the most rediculous questions and you wonder what's been going through their heads when they hear about gym or excercise, hehehe
Its very interesting to work and help people in the gym it makes me feel like i'm their #doctor and they're my #patients
I read and research each day of how to serve them better. I #love seeing people #happy thats why i do #music and gym to help people from inside out. "Thank you Davis for pushing me" You're most welcome.
