Baby girl was NOT feeling life today! I sometimes forget that because I don't post every detail about teething, sleep disruptions, rashes, and sicknesses, there are actually people who think that my family is immune to all of that. 😂 Well let's just clear that up right now: lately one (or both) of the boys have been waking anywhere between 5-6 and as soon as I hear them, I dash up the stairs to quiet them back to their beds before they have a chance to REALLY wake up. The potential of them waking that early is ALWAYS there, that's why I've surrendered to the fact that 4am has to be my wake up call in case I get robbed of time later on. 🤷🏻♀️ The boys have also started coming down (several times) after their 7pm bedtime, and some days during "quiet time" I have to tell my 3 year old to go back into his room every 5 minutes, while my 4 year old says, "Is it time?!" over and OVER. Then there's the 1 year old... is anything predictable at that age? 😏 When people tell me all of the reasons why they can't make time for themselves I think, "So the alternative is to give up? No longer try?" But I know that some people have no idea what they need or that they even need it, so let's start at the beginning... let's have a conversation. 💌 Link in bio.
