🌸💗💁🏻‍♀️I love me a crab salad! If you want to feel like you are dining at a five star ⭐️ restaurant then try this my foodies! Limey Avocado🥑 🥗 Topped With Crab 🦀 Salad: • 
1 lb King Crab Legs/ Orca Bay Crab Legs (recommended) • 
1 TB olive oil • 
4 oz fresh spinach • 
1 Romaine heart, roughly chopped • 
4 boiled eggs (or more if desired), halved • 
1 large tomato, diced (or more if desired) • 
2 limes, quartered Creamy Avocado Dressing: • 
1 avocado • 
1 tsp sea salt • 
1 lime, juiced Instructions 1. -Grill Crab
-Remove All Crab Meat. -Set Aside For Salad. 2. Boil and peel your eggs. 3. Prep and cut your veggies.
 Creamy Avocado Dressing: 1 Add avocado, lime juice, and salt to a blender basin.  Blend until creamy. (This dressing is thick, allowing it to work as both a dressing and a sauce to dip the crab into.  If you prefer a thinner dressing, add more lime juice.) S T R E S S M A N A G E M E N T Tip #3 - Exercise . Let's be real. It's easy to not exercise. (I'm pretty much a 1x/week #crossfitter lately.) And I'm not one of those, "I love working out! I can't function without it," type of people. I go through phases where I want to workout 5+x/week and then I have months where my couch is where it's at. Regardless of that, my stress is reduced when I exercise on a consistent basis. . I don't love having to wake up early, or coordinate snacks, toys, and the unforseen needs of my kids in order to take them to @crossfitloveland with me. But what I do love, is the feeling I get from the #crossfitcommunity I have at my box (let's be real, it's a gym!) along with learning new things and of course the physical benefits. . Unforeseen are the mental benefits which are the reduction of stress hormones, the increase of endorphins (natural pain relievers and mood enhancers) and you guessed it, it supports healthy gut bacteria! Exercise alone helps you to have more good bacteria - WOOT WOOT! . There are HUNDREDS if not thousands of forms of exercise.
