Bananas Foster Paleoish Pancakes for the win! 🍌🥞🔥 - Happy Sunday you awesome peeps! I’ve been cooking up this idea for this dish when I was doing the Whole30 so I’m happy to finally turn this idea into reality! These pancakes were seriously a cross between the texture of Cake and Pancakes! I used a mixture of @ottos_cassava_flour, Coconut Flour, and @bobsredmill Almond flour for the base and included a bunch of other yummy ingredients to create a super thick batter! - I wanted a Bananas Foster type topping for these so basically created a butter and @lakantosweetener Brown Sugar mixture to let the bananas and Walnuts cook in with a good amount of cinnamon! The combination with the Pancakes was insane! - Let me know if you want the step by steps for this and don’t hate on me when you eat the whole damn batch because they are super addicting! 🤤

I love Sundays! Many use this as a sit around day, watch movies, etc and there are times I’d love to be that person but I’m the type always in GO mode. So this Sunday is no different. I’m doing meal prep for my Whole30 program that officially starts tomorrow (last week was a test for me and it was hugely successful), planning my week of workouts, I’m big on finding new recipes to try so Pinterest is my bestie on this day 😂. - If you have interest in knowing more about Whole30 and eating healthier and/or just want to follow along in the group and get recipes just let me know. So simple and soo delicious. Coconut yogurt on a base of cinnamon oats. Fruit and toasted walnuts and coconut. I find Walnuts are so underloved. They are anti-inflammatory and high in protein and some say help with fighting bone loss. Yum.
