I’m trying this new thing where I don’t spend all day in the gym on my off days from work. 😂 Some call it crazy, but I find cooking so therapeutic. By no means do I have any idea what I’m doing, but I enjoy finding ways to eat healthy and share them with people who may be interested. I also think that in a world where take out and prepared meals are everywhere, it’s so important to know how to cook! Really, it’s not that hard! It’s therapeutic and allows you to express some creativity. ••••••••
Saw a recipe on @ using @ Cauliflower pizza crust and ran with the Greek theme.
Homemade tuna salad (Greek plain yogurt, radish, chives, salt, pepper, lime juice), roasted mushrooms and red onion (in butter, olive oil, balsamic, garlic, thyme, rosemary and oregano) and a spin on pizza.
This pizza is topped with hummus and homemade tabouli (Roma tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, onion, lime juice, mint, salt and pepper). ••••••••••••
You can also never go wrong with ANY of the food that @ makes, so used up the rest of our brown bananas to make this Banana coffee cake.
