Countdown 📆 to Summer☀️👙🍹day 22/100
If you saw my post last night you’ll know that yesterday I felt pretty gross. Thankfully after sleep I felt a lot better and my food choicess today have be great and my gut is MUCH happier!
To help keep me on track I went back to the old faithful snack box. This is my new goal, every day, to always have my snacks on hand. This ALWAYS works well for me!
I also had my water bottles filled before bed last night, so I always had a dr no ready too.
PREPARATION IS KEY!
B: water with acv, apple chaser, cup of tea
S: raw cashews (double what is pictured), caramel soy latte
L: beef casserole, oatmeal cookie, banana bran muffin, grapes
D: chicken and cauliflower soup (inspired by skinny mixers)
S: 1Tbs peanut butter, 1Tbs choc chips
Ex: walk to and from school, 3 30 minute classes; rpm, pump and yoga.
I didn’t eat the second apple pictured, nor that peanut butter or power bar, so they’re ready for tomorrow.
