spaghetti squash is a winter squash/vegetable but it is much less dense vs other winter squashes such as butternut squash or pumpkin. it only holds 42 calories per one cup! it’s a great substitute for pasta or u can mix it with some zoodles too! it practically has no fat (0.5 per cup) and it’s low in carbohydrates with only 10gs per cup! it’s most abundant in vitamin c and vitamin b-6 as well as potassium!
