I had my physical yesterday and ladies, you know what I mean. A.S. is doing better, mild stiffness and SI joint pain, but managing. The ungodly fatigue could be anemia, B12 and or Vit D deficiency caused by the old meds. Had blood taken to test those and recheck my hypothyroidism and T2 diabetes. If my numbers are off that could cause fatigue. He gave me temazapam to help me sleep. Apparently, its not working...140am, 2 doses and wide awake. How does a freaking human body lose the ability to sleep. So yes, Im cranky, but at least I get an 8 hour workout of tossing and turning after taking sleeping supplements..... #magnesiumgluconate, #melatonin, #l-theanine, #GABA, #lemon balm, rub down with #kunzea and #capsaicin. Sprayed #lavender on my bed, clean sheets and jammies, bed time snacks and Im still wide awake. I did yoga, meditation, prayed to jesus and still here I am Sleepless in Phoenix. He offered #temazapam and said I need a trip to the Ocean. Speaking of which, I leave for #Peru in 2 weeks for 3 mos of the ocean and a little volunteer work. Im all set with travel vaccines, got my flu shot and med refills. I was even told by his resident that I would probably be fine to ascend to Cusco if I take it very slowly. The bus ride from Lima takes 21 hours and I can do the Amazon and Machu Pichu. I will take it slow and easy and descend at the first sign of feeling unwell. Im going to try to sleep now, so I dont stab someone with a fork tomorrow 😑😣😔😕😩😠🍴If any of you #painsomniacs have any suggestions feel free to let me know.
