My favorite dish we had was the Quesadilla de Chicharrones made with Pasture-raised Rocky Hollow Farms pork belly, refried beans, cilantro, onions, and Chihuahua cheese inside homemade tortillas served with 5 chiles sauce! We also ordered the house-made Guac, enchiladas, yummy roasted brussel sprouts, and Margaritas (their specialty!) among other things.
