Das wäre unfair gegenüber Dir selbst. Dasselbe gilt auch wenn Du frustriert bist, weil Du denkst, Du hast im Leben nicht genug erreicht. Jeder hat etwas erreicht. Konzentriere Dich darauf. Das heißt ja nicht, dass Du nicht ambitioniert bist. Am nächsten Tag kannst Du wieder viele Dinge erledigen, die Dich nach vorne bringen oder die Dir einfach nur Spaß machen. 🌱Bocadillines de champis🌱 . Este es un bocadillín mi sencillo de preparar, necesitamos: -aove -champiñones -cebolla -repollo -vinagre de modena . Y para la salsa: -salsa de tomate -dátiles -cacahuetes -perejil -pimentón de la vera . Para prepararlo hechamos un chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra en la sartén y luego la cebolla troceada. Cuando se vaya pochando agregamos los champis y mientras se hacen, preparamos la salsa, qué consiste en mezclar todos los ingredientes con la trituradora de alimentos. A mayor dátiles más dulce será la salsa. Una vez hecha, la juntamos en la sartén y la dejamos reposar un pelín, mientras cortamos el repollo que vamos a rociar con un pelín de vinagre de modena. . Si te gusta probar nuevos sabores prueba la salsa, si no, con tomate perejil, pimienta negra, ajo y zanahoria tienes otra salsa estupenda, así que, ¡Que aproveche! 😍Vegan Philly NO Cheesesteak😍 This is the best dish I feel I’ve ever made!!! On my vegan journey I’ve learned that you can make food taste exactly how you want it to taste as long as you have some bomb seasonings and a vivid imagination! Onion, mushroom (the “steak”), bell pepper, a hint of garlic, spinach and it was supposed to be lettuce but that’s actually cabbage on top. 💪Depuis une semaine je suis végétalienne ! 💪 Mes premières impressions sont nombreuses : Je passais déjà beaucoup de temps a lire de nombreuses informations sur la nourriture alors pour ce changement d’alimentation j’ai encore plus lu ! Je me suis renseignée sur les carences possibles en B12. Du coup je me suis commandé des compléments et d’autres plantes très bonnes pour la santé : du moringa et de la spiruline. Au début de cette semaine, j’avais faim, comme si je ne mangeais pas assez, alors j’ai adapté, j’ai rajouté des légumineuses et des féculents sans pour autant m’empiffré. Le soja est aussi une source assez facile pour avoir des protéines, je l’ai utilisé sous diverses formes afin de varier les plaisirs. Seuls moments compliqués, ce sont les repas avec de la famille et des amis. Je me suis adaptée et transformée en végétarienne le temps d’un déjeuner ou d’un diner. Dans l’ensemble, le bilan de cette semaine est très positif. Let’s talk NY fitness goals. My fitness focus used to be appearance related (as my ig name would hint, lol). I started working out to lose weight, then I started weight training to build muscle (and grow a booty, just keeping it real people just keeping it real😅). Meanwhile I joined athletics and my coach criticised my focus on aesthetics (well bodybuilding cause I was heading towards it), saying that puts an unhealthy, narcissistic twist on it that leads to self obsession and can lead to health impairments. So here ya go, these are my fitness goals for this year and they are all ability related (looking at stuff like strength, endurance, recovery). Automatically if I achieve these, I will still look good and have the proportion I fought to achieve. But my focus is not primarily on that atm. I don’t weigh myself. I don’t take my measurements. (I still take selfies tho, heeeyyyy 🤳🏻🤳🏻). That is not the main thing I’m doing it for, not at the moment. Better change my name to pallasalex_athletics lol (but then all the people who do track would come for my throat so nahhhh 😊). 💟Long term: 💧improve my strength and be able to go heavier on weights both in my lower and my upper body (e.g.: bench press at least 70% of my body weight by the end of the year, squat 130% of my body weight with correct form on my PR) 💧improve my form on the exercises I never used to do on my own (cleans, snatches, jerks) and go heavier whilst maintaining good form 💧improve my stamina and my endurance 💟 Medium term: 💧keep track of my progress by writing down the sets, reps and weights I’m doing for each session 💧give my body the opportunity to heal, grow and develop the neuro-coordination required to lift heavier weights (by: strengthening the muscles and joints with lower loads, stretching, using a foam roller, not overtraining, meeting my calories intake requirements & not having deficiencies) 💟 Short term: 💧warm up every time before my own trainings rather than go straight into it, irrespective of time pressures 💧stretch properly after each training session 💧4 training sessions / week

Don't tell me this looks like shit, I know 🤔 But it's reaally good, believe me ! Lately I am inspired by @emmlaird YouTube' s channel, so this is my own version of her pumpkin pie oatmeal. First, I cooked 1 apple with pumpkin pieces in vanilla soy milk (+ a little bit of water), and than mixed it. Than I added the oats, 1Tbsp of marple syrup &  1tsp cocoa powder (I like when it is chocolaty, it tastes more like a dessert 😋🍫) & don't forget to add the pumpkin spices like I did, or it won't be really tasty 🤔 ... One of my favorite recipe, vegan enchiladas! 🍅 So easy to do and SO delicious! First of all, I mixed some tofu sliced in cubes, tomatoes, red onions, cauliflower, vegan mayonnaise and soy cream all together (with the spices you like). I put the mixture in several tortillas, poured some spicy tomato sauce and added fake mozzarella cheese. Then you put whatever you want on it (I picked tomatoes, red onions and green onions). Pop that into the oven and remove it when the tortillas are crispy.
