Often, we get so caught up in striving for perfection that we don’t take action because we have no idea where to begin! Make your grand “to do” list! This does not include regular household chores or errands. Create a list of ALL the things you’ve been putting off! Your yearly health exam, your taxes, putting up those frames you bought 6 months ago, writing the long overdue thank you notes, renewing your license, clearing out your closet/basement/storage/kids toys...once and for all! Put it all down on paper. Every single thing that has been hanging over your head that would make a huge difference to your mental, emotional, physical and financial wellbeing....once accomplished! Put that list up on a wall somewhere. Anywhere that you will see it multiple times per day. Visit it first thing every morning and choose your ONE task for the day...and then GET AFTER IT! You do NOT have to fix your life in a day! Progress over perfection...gets you there faster! Remember the tortoise and the hare?
