I was skeptical when I heard this program was only 4 days a week....not gonna lie. I’ve always had the mindset that I NEED to be working out 6-7 days to see results & it’s a hard habit to break. Then I remember why I started this.....because 1, I needed guidance because doing “my own thing” for hours a day was obviously NOT working. And 2, I need the accountability just as much as the next person. Today, I woke up at 6 and 12 other girls had already crushed the day while I was chillin’ on the couch🤪.
Trust the process and love the journey. Finding a way to make fitness and healthy living fun again is what this is all about. Finding a supportive, loving, and encouraging environment to be apart of along the way....ADDED BONUS. Can’t wait to keep the momentum up over the next 8 weeks with the energy, excitement, and RESULTS that are about to knock this program out of the park.
