Leg Day from Week 5 is done, well, besides the last 5 minutes...sometimes that happens when you have little ones that wake up just a little too soon from a nap 😂
Needing a few leg moves for inspiration? These are just a few of the moves we did tonight...10 reps each, 3 sets. The burnout...do 60 seconds of fast feet/burpee, 45 seconds sumo squat jumps and 30 seconds of triple bear. Repeat 3x.
