New PR: 345 for 1 "Video or it didn't happen" @abergasmedia @chubbymuscle This was the heaviest I've ever lifted, and to be very honest I was a little nervous to film this because I didn't want to screw up my back or not get the weight up. But in hindsight, I should be filming more because it's a good way to track my progress even if I fail and sometimes it's good to look at your failures so that you can learn from them. Myself and @barbellbully_tahir put a simple game plan tgther for my first full power meet a 1800 total and no injuries felt good to be back alot of jitters but something to build on @barbellbully_haddy went 750/450/740 in his 2nd meet back from a 3yr layoff, I promised him he'll be over 2000 total in his 3rd meet so we're on schedule @only1prodigy_ went 520/300/525 @165 my boy is gonna be a problem I was very proud of his output @barbellbully_tahir 660/425/720 if I can get lil bro in the gym smh , he don't like to practice Overall everyone had a solid meet with pretty good numbers to be proud about.....Its BullySeason all year round now......

Squats and deadlifts from Saturday night. Holy shit I forgot how heavy deadlifts feel right after squats. Switched it up some because my right knee and groin muscle was keeping me from getting in good position on sumos, so I hit a set of conventional for shits and giggles. Felt good, used straps so all I had to concentrate on was keeping my core tight and back straight. I'm still paranoid pulling conventional after my last injury. Sets were: Squats 335x3x5 Sumo/Conv deadlifts 385x3x5 Leg extensions 4x25 Felt good, called it after the burnout leg extensions. RANT TIME: (Picture for attention) Here’s your daily notice of STOP CARING WHAT OTHERS THINK AND LOVE YOURSELF. I had a lovely individual hit up my DMs and tell me “I’m brave for leaving the house dressed that way with cellulite and a stomach” (I get a lot of these types of messages and people irl smh) lmao I’ve had cellulite since I was 14. And well god I love Poptarts. But more importantly, I refuse to try to fit these standards laid out before me because I DONT AGREE. And I’m not afraid to go against it. You know what? My body literally gave me the finger not too long ago out of my control and it changed. I had a baby once and my whole fucking body changed. If I sat here and tried to look like those picture perfect girls on IG I’d be miserable. It’s not worth the energy. I go to sleep happy while others are concerned about others. People need to get priorities straight. And honestly, idc about looks, I care about my performance. I am an athlete. Idc if you think I look like one, idc what you think one should look like. Cause at the end of the day I hit my goals. At. The. End. Of. The. Day. If you don’t sleep with me, pay my bills, or help me progress, your opinion is invalid. My thighs cover the same radius of an extra large pizza when I sit down and I’m proud 🙃😎

Very solid single of 335 lbs, about 95% of 1rm I would say. I think I have about 5 more lbs in me on the bench press right now. Seeing this video, tells me where I need to work at in the movement; I explode very very quickly off of my chest, but start to slow down where the triceps take over in the second part of the concentric portion.
