Today's workout fueled by chocolate SHAKE! 🙋🙋 I love that its vegan & based with yellow pea protein AND organic sprouted brown rice➡that makes It super light but also filling ⚡15g of protein⚡It's def a huge component to my progress this far in my weight loss & building my booty. 🙊😉💪 All I know is, I've read ingredients on those giant tubs of protein powder at the stores & It legit scares me. Bem antes de mais para calcular seus macros tem de saber a sua tmb (taxa metabólica basal) aquilo que você gasta sem se mexer, podem calcular no site TDEE, super recomendo, é um dos mais fiáveis. Depois de calcular suas calorias lá no site você já pode calcular seus macros. . . Então para a proteína é recomendado 1,8g a 2,2g por kg, ou seja você faz 1,8 ou 2,2 vezes o seu peso e aí vai dar as gramas de proteína que você precisa por dia. . . Depois para a gordura é recomendo 0,8g a 1g por kg, mais uma vez você faz 0,8 ou 1 vezes o seu peso e aí vai dar a quantidade de gordura. . . Depois o resto das calorias que sobrarem você irá colocar nos carboidratos. . . Há esqueci de dizer que lá no site você tem a opção de bulk(ganho de massa) e cut (perda de peso) e você aí vai escolher consoante o seu objetivo, se o seu objetivo for ganhar coloca o bulk, se for perder coloca o cut e se for manter deixa como aprece lá logo. Claro que depois você deve de ir ajustando conforme se vai sentindo, lá no site aquilo é só uma base para quem quer começar por isso fiquei atentos aos sinais do vosso corpo!!!! Moving on from last week where I talked about what you should be eating pre workout, this week i'm going to talk about what you should be eating post workout When you're working out, your muscles use up their glycogen stores for fuel. This results in your muscles being partially depleted of glycogen. Some of the proteins in your muscles also get broken down and damaged. This is why we need to get the right foods in after a workout so your body can repair and rebuild to it's fullest potential. Protein - Protein is key after a workout. Protein rebuilds and repairs the muscles that you have broken down in the workout. Studies have shown that you should be getting between 20-40 grams of protein to maximize the body's ability to recover after exercise. Good proteins to eat are chicken, turkey, eggs or even a protein shake if you're on the go. Carbs - eating carbs after a workout will replenish your body's glycogen stores. Good carbs to eat after a workout are, sweet potatoes and pasta, and also sugars such as fruit and chocolate milk.
