Prepared some pork bellies for crispy roast pork but had a few end pieces with no skin over it. What to do with a few end pieces of pork belly? Whipped up this spicy rendition of twice cooked pork except it was only cooked once 🤩 I added some tofu to cut down the spiciness and plopped it on some lettuce because I didn’t feel like eating with my hands (lettuce cups). 1ans ... Ce mois ci cela fait un ans que jai changé de vie et que jai commencé la musculation. De ce que ce changement m a fait perdre je ne regrette rien : 12kg, des tailles de pantalon ( d un petit 38 a un petit 34) et un peu de temps libre. It’s easy to down-play the importance of rest to ourselves. As a trainer I regularly meet with individuals who don’t take time to rest. The perception of health and fitness is that you have to kill it in the gym every day and if you don’t you’re weak. The truth is, while killing it in the gym is a big part, getting enough rest is just as important! In fact you simply won’t make the gains or losses you want from your time without the rest your body needs. Some people achieve optimal results when training 6 days a week for 2 hours; other people achieve optimal results with 4 days in the gym with high intensity 45 minute sessions. Rest requirements between reps and sets also differs according to the desired outcome of a particular movement or program. ⭐️ So where do you start? The best thing you can do to start experimenting with rest, is to abide by your programmed rest days (or actually program yourself a rest day!) and include programmed rest times between sets on your next program. . . . 3 day fast... broken. A full 72 hour fast and I’m pleasantly surprised and very happy that I A) managed to complete and B) how easy I found it. Only having water since Sunday night was a bit of a mind job if you know me and how much I like eating, but for the last few years of researching longevity, improving health, autophagy, flirting with ketosis etc, I had to test myself. Please note, this was NOT for aesthetics or weight loss and certainly wasn’t entered in to lightly.
