Bevor es am Mittwoch in die Heimat und dann endlich zum Southside geht, müssen natürlich alle Lebensmittel weg. Deswegen gab es eben den restlichen Paprikatofu von Kato (kann ich nur empfehlen!) mit Gemüse und etwas Kräutersalz. Ihr müsst unbedingt TK Brokkoli einfach auftauen lassen und dann essen. Das ist der Hammer.😂😍 Dazu hab ich noch einen Salat mit Tomate, Leinöl und Romanasalat gemacht.🌱 . Yesterday's show of #InsideSportsMed on @971theticket was all about #dad and #nutrition. We had #Nutritionist and #PersonalTrainer, @natalieabrhiemifbb in studio, here are her #takeaways on how to improve #testosterone #naturally. 1) Incorporate Strength Training. Increase testosterone and growth hormone by focusing on large, compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, kettlebell swing 3-5x week for 30-60 minutes can make a significant impact. 2) Focus on healthy fats. Avocado, nuts, coconut oil, animal-based #proteins are excellent sources. Taking in healthy fats can help convert more cholesterol into testosterone and in turn improve cholesterol levels. 3) Eliminate sugar, processed/refined #foods. Excess sugar intake will increase stored body fat and increases the levels of stress hormones, which inhibits optimal testosterone production. 4) Dump the alcohol. Alcohol increases the conversion of testosterone into estrogen and stores belly fat. 5) PURPOSELY manage stress. Although we may feel like we are “handling” stress, it’s about how our body perceives and responds is what’s important. When our body is under stress, cortisol (stress hormone) becomes our first responder. Stress can reak havoc on your #metabolism impacting your blood sugar regulation and ultimately our sex hormones. Apoptosomes are one of several gate keepers that mediate cell death, also known as #apoptosis. In humans, apoptosomes are formed when the mitochondrial protein cytochrome c and the cytosolic protein Apaf-1 (apoptotic protease activating factor 1) bind together. Cytochrome c normally carries single electrons in the electron transport chain, but upon sensing danger it can also be released from mitochondria into the cytosol to start the intrinsic apoptosis pathway. When cytochrome c binds with harmless Apaf-1 circulating in the cell, it becomes activated as a 7-subunit complex (pictured here, PDB: 3J2T). Apoptosomes can then activate caspases that cut proteins and begin the execution of the cell.
