My both girls was born over 7-1/2 lbs. i lost all the weight from other area of my body but My main struggle is my belly area. i was never been over weighted before that. When I start feeling loosing weight is being so hard for me, I can not fit in my pre pregnancy clothes I just started feeling stressful. I just started feeling that I would never be happy with my body again. I just can’t see my self over weighted. Then I found Beachbody On Demand program my entire life made U TURN!! In short of 6 months I started seeing difference in my body physically and mentally. These program teach me about simplicity,sustainability and it works with my busy life style. BUSY PEOPLE EVERYWHERE! It's push-up time. There is a super easy way to get this sequence in, and that is in your kitchen! Yep. Whether you're baking for the holidays, waiting for food to warm up, packing your lunch, you can do these modified pushups on your kitchen counter! 💪💪💪 ✨come away from your counter so you are on a diagonal from your head to your feet - abs in, shoulders down ✨hands wider than your shoulders, fingers slightly turned in ✨ bring your chest as close to the counter as you can, breathing in, and push away and breathe out ✨ optional leg lift for some extra work! ✨ bring your hands under your shoulders for tricep pushups, elbows in towards your rib cage ✨ wide grip again and pulse it low and hold These are simple but SO effective and quick! Try to start by doing 10 of each of the above. If you feel stronger the more you do these, try tacking on 5 to each set! Gone are the days when you have to stay at the gym for two hours to get a workout in, we do a little when we can, wherever we can! You've got this, drop an emoji once you're done!
