What are you willing to SACRIFICE?
We all have these interwoven🔄 interests. Some might coincide or clash. But when it comes down to it, what will you sacrifice for what you want ✨MOST✨? Some days, I ❌HATE❌ the squat rack. Other days, it excites me! 🏋🏽♀️ But what I know is, I'm willing to sacrifice sweat, stares👀, pain, emotions and being outside of the 'social approval' boundaries to achieve my mission.
The other day, I remembered that @philheath complimented my legs at the hotel workout facility. It reminded me that ✔️YES, I DO frequent the squat rack and will CONTINUE to do so to build👷♀️ my legs as I desire for myself and for the sport of bodybuilding. 💪
This is just one example of a sacrifice I make. There are many others in business, family, relationships and health. What decisions will 👉YOU make that are leading you to ACHIEVE what you want most?
