Let’s take stretching for instance.
It’s the best exercise in the morning - your muscles and joins will thank you for that.
Get out into the sun or stand in front of a window. 🌞
You can start with slow tilting of your head to left and right, left and right...
Then add on some head rotations, slowly and gently.
Work your shoulder blades by rotating them with arms down, back and forth.
Gently work your wrists, ankles (one at a time while keeping the balance) and rotate your hips.
Basically, do the movements you feel like your body requires right this moment.
Turn your favorite music on, so you can have a little dance off at the end of your stretching. 🌅☺️🎼
