Never forget that at the end of the day, you are the only person who will (and should ALWAYS) look out for yourself. You are the only person who you can rely on to be with you in every stage of your life. You will be there with yourself in the depths of depression, through every moment of frustration and anxiety, every heartache and every setback. Keep your head up. You are enough. Take responsibility and control of your own life. While the importance of a support network cannot be trivialized, everyone has their own lives, agendas and mental battles that they are fighting. So, protect yourself. Depend on no-one. You need to learn to be the one that brings you back up again. If you want something done right, do it yourself. You are stronger than you think.
