Chocolate, Chick Pea, Macadamia Nut Cookies by @fitgirltreats

1 can chickpeas
1/2C GF Oat Flour
3/4C Coconut Sugar
3tbsp Coconut Cream
1tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2C Coconut Flakes
1/2C Chopped Macadamia Nuts
1/2C Chopped Dark Chocolate
Add 1 can chickpeas to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add in 1/2C GF oat flour, 3/4C coconut sugar, 3tbsp coconut cream, 1tbsp vanilla extract, 1tsp ACV, 1/2tsp salt, baking soda, cinnamon and blend until well combined. Fold in 1/2C coconut flakes, 1/2C chopped macadamia nuts and 1/2C chopped dark chocolate. Drop tbsp size amounts of dough on to a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake on 175C/350F for 18 minutes.
