And it’s Earth day! Also an ode to a mystical recipe of my dear and talented friend @katemagic - the Quantum Cake. This is really for when you’re going ‘out OUT’ (aka a rave cake). It will nourish, inspire and energize you - and open your heart - all at the same time. The base is cacao, nibs, walnut, coconut, matcha, maca, Peruvian carob and lions mane. The cream fudge layer is hemp, coconut cream, cashew, purple sprouting corn, cacao liquor, salt, mucuna, etherium pink, maple and he sho wu. The icing is a coconut cacao raw chocolate cream. Finished with more raw chocolate, gojis and nibs. Kapow! This will be a good one to roll out when we go out dancing on retreat in Ibiza in June :)

Blueberry Almond Pancakes by @bos.kitchen Headover to her page for loads of deliciously healthy recipes! #recipe 👇 ➕➕INGREDIENTS 1.5 cup flour or plain g/f flour 1 tbsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon ½ cup sparkling water 1 cup Provamel almond drink 1 large ripe banana 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup blueberries 1 tbsp coconut oil . ➕➕Toppings: 2 tbsp almond butter ½ cup blueberries . ⏩⏩Instructions In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mash banana with a fork in a small bowl until smooth. Add to flour mix along with sparkling water and vanilla. Stir well with a wooden spoon, then slowly add in the almond drink until quite thick but pourable. The batter should drop slowly off the spoon. Fold through the blueberries. Heat up a small non stick frying pan to a medium heat with a little coconut oil. Pour in ¼ cup batter per pancake, flipping when bubbles appear. Keep cooked pancakes warm in a low oven until ready to serve. I saw that tip in a youtube vid. It definitely helped. I don't normally eat cucumbers, but I have to start trying new things! It was ok with the guac. 2 min creation 🙌 didn’t know what to expect 😆 Lemon meringue 😉.. * * Made the crust with almond pulp left from making my almond milk topped with dairy and egg free homemade custard 😋 I also added Lemon essential oil to add freshness and then instead of normal meringue I used chickpeas water meringue « ish » 😜 it might not look preeeeety but it’s delish 💕 full steps in my story 😍👯‍♀️ Let me know what you think 🤔 🙏

Lots in thoughts! 💭 I just took a look at the X-rays from my teeth 2008 compared to now and it’s definitely visible that my lower wisdom teeth grew roots since then. They are still under the jaw bone and if they keep on growing they might push against my molar teeth meaning the whole lower teeth. So far I always rejected to get them out and according to what I just read I don’t want them to be removed either but they might be the cause for my receding gums...maybe I don’t know for sure though. But getting them out also means that I might loose a part of my spirituality. 😕 Tooth 38 spiritually mirrors the capability to express your own thoughts. Tooth 48 epitomizes the physical energy, that’s released when we find our spot in the world. So I think I need a few more opinions about it before I can make any decision! 😌

For Earth Day, we are reminding ourselves how each of us can make a difference in cleaning up some of the mess we have created. In our link in bio, read about the massive Ocean Clean Up Project initiated by this young Dutch inventor Boyan Slat who vision entails a goal of cleaning up some of the worst areas in our oceans filled with plastic debris over the next five years. It reminds us that we may continue to be surprised where our best new problem solving ideas may come from in the years ahead—the embolden power and fresh thinking (genius) of young minds. Each of us can do our part in reducing our waste. Small efforts by individuals can go a long way toward decreasing the garbage in our oceans. Recycle, support bans, reduce usage single use plastics, avoid microbeads in cosmetics, support organizations that are cleaning up our oceans and this beautiful earth we call home. (But truly aren’t we more like guests? )

// DAY 2 RAW // • • • • • Good morning! This is all from yesterday! I was too tired to post last night! My family is not doing the raw challenge with me so I made them noodles and veggies. I had one lil bite to make sure I was not poisoning them with any thing too salty or bland🤣 also, this was super challenging for me because this is one of my favorite meals! • Before I had my salad yesterday I had a bowl of strawberries and mangos! For dinner I had a shake with strawberries, banana, mango and orange. I also added some chia seeds! It was so good! My last shake and bowl of fruit added 21 grams of protein which exceeded my daily recommended protein in take! I I haven't been concerned about my protein intake for well over a year because I have researched how much protein plants have and I know that I am getting enough! I just want to show you that you can get everything you need from plants! I know I ate enough yesterday because I woke up feeling refreshed and not hungry at all!! So far I'm feeling pretty fantastic! I can't stop thinking about all of the raw food I want to create!!! On to day three! • Have a fantastic Sunday!

Cashew cheeses: black pepper / lemon & cumin I usually have at least one tree nut cheese on the go in the fridge. They take a while to make but last me 2-3 weeks. And with the right flavour combinations, you can achieve a flavour similar to a traditional cheese. I’ll post the lemon-cumin recipe in the comments, but you can choose whatever flavours you fancy, and have real fun experimenting with combinations

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Bread by @rachlmansfield Headover to her page for loads of deliciously healthy recipes! #recipe 👇 ➕➕INGREDIENTS 1 and 1/4 cup mashed bananas 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed 3/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted and cooled or liquid form) 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 and 1/2 cups oat flour (gf all purpose or spelt works too) 2 tablespoons PBFit Official 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks or chips . ⏩⏩Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread dish with coconut oil or line with parchment paper In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, creamy peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, milk, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract Mix well then add in rolled oats, flour, baking powder and pb powder and mix again Fold in dark chocolate chips then pour into bread dish Bake in oven for about 45 minutes *Will stay good for a few days on counter or fridge and you can also freeze for longer . 💥Follow, Tag & please include @deliciouslyhealthysweets #deliciouslyhealthysweets in the caption of your post to be featured 💥 .
