I am like a broken record with this message but it’s an issue I encounter time and time again with clients. I get that text message saying “hey I weighed myself yesterday & I’ve gained a KG!?” 🙈. I’ve pulled an old “quote” of mine from consults past to drive this message home once more.( I was pretty proud of it at the time 😂) . Please don’t use weight as your sole focus of progress! It’s far too variable. I have plenty of other posts, saved stories & videos on why! Yes it can be part of an array of goals , but not your only gauge of progression. Consider other physical, emotional and behaviour related wins along the way ! Don’t miss all the little victories because you are looking down at a scales instead of up, eyes forward open to all the other wonderful changes right there in front of you! ❤️.
