Happy Humpday, y’all! 🐪 • +15gram Protein Peanut Butter Breakfast Peanuts and other nut butters don’t pack much protein on their own, but when mixed with Greek yogurt, you’ll create a creamy delicious high-protein spread that’s perfect for breakfast! Ingredients: 1 Tbs peanut butter (or almond butter) 1/4 cup plain 0% fat Greek yogurt 1/4 banana, sliced 1 Tbs hemp seeds How to make it: 1. Stir together peanut butter with yogurt until smooth 2. Select your choice of: high protein/high fiber toasted bread (@daveskillerbread @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel 4:9), high fiber crackers or sliced sweet potato “toast” and spread peanut butter yogurt 3.
