Asian Chicken breast INGREDIENTS * 3 tbsp sesame oil. * 250g mushrooms, halved. * 1 KG chicken breast , cut into long strips. * 1 tbsp honey. * 1 & 1/2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce. * 1/2 tbsp pomegranate molasses. * 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce. * 2 tbsp pineapple Thai sauce * 2 tbsp chopped coriander * 1/4 cup Pin-nuts, white sesame seeds, toasted (for serving) . * 1 coconut milk cane (400ml). * 1 medium garlic bulb. ** for the sauces you can add more or less depending on your taste. Instruction * Add the oil to a large wok set over a medium-high heat. When you can feel a strong heat rising from the wok, add the chicken. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they give you the nice golden color and set aside. * Cook the mushrooms and coriander in the same woke until cooked through. * Roast the garlic bulb with olive oil (to taste), till soften then purée it and mix it with mushrooms and coriander to give it a Smokey flavor. 😋 * In a separate saucepan combine all the wet ingredient and bring to boil. * Add some of the sauce to the vegetable mix , stir well to combine. * Mix the chicken with the sauce and bring to boil (in the same saucepan) to enrich the chicken with the flavor. * Serve with plain rice and sprinkle with pin-nuts. Let me know what you think☺️ Here’s the recipe: 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 spring onions 450 grams frozen peas 2 cups chicken stock 2 cups milk Salt and Pepper Cream, to serve Heat the butter and oil, add the spring onions and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the peas and stock bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour the soup into food processor, add the milk and purée until smooth. say yes to cacao super food balls (tried making them with cbd infused coconut oil?) you will need: 2 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp peanut/almond/coconut butter 2 Tbsp Raw cacao 2-3 medjool dates 1 banana 1 cup fresh/dried coconut 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp ashwaganda 1 tsp spirulina 1 tsp cinnamon powder Pinch of sea salt Pulse the above ingredients until sticky and easy to roll into balls, cover in coconut and cacao and place in the fridge to set for 45 mins - 1 hr x

Creamy butter chicken | I know it's pretty ☀️☀️☀️ here in Perth today but I could honestly eat curry any day of the year! I am making this creamy butter chicken for dinner tonight - a bit spicy for the girls so will reserve some of the chicken and just cook separately without the sauce. Carrot Bread with Cream Cheese Icing 2 cups all-purpose flour 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom or nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups shredded carrot 2 beaten eggs 2/3 cup milk 1/3 cup canola oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan or three 4-3/4x2-1/2x2-inch loaf pan; set aside.In a bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, soda and salt. In another bowl combine carrot, eggs, milk, and oil; add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened.Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
