Many of you message me asking how to stay motivated to go to the gym or to workout 💪🏽 The truth is, I love it! 😍 I wouldn’t do something daily if I didn’t enjoy it, life is WAY too short for that 💯 Going to the gym alone will not make you fit, healthy and happy if you’re dreading it every day. I personally don’t like running which is why I only do it if I think I’ll be late or am running to the gym 😋
Simple solution? Find a way to be active that you actually like. It could be walking the dog, adventuring with friends, climbing a mountain, swimming, social sports, outdoor bootcamps, bike rides - the list goes on 🍃 Alongside these things, focus on feeding your body with nutrient dense foods. Foods that fuel you to want to get up and about, not the processed high sugar things that make you feel momentarily happy then bloated and tired 😴
This time in two weeks comp prep will all be over 😅 Then on to the next goal! One of which is YouTube 1-2 YouTube vlogs weekly!
