Today was Chest & Bicep Day and my client @ was repping biceps out for wide/mid/close-Grip EZ bar curls for 4x sets of 25x reps doing Standing strict Bicep curls. He incremented this set with two sets of 10x reps. The thing is that most people don’t do is lock their elbows while doing this exercise, bending your elbows is a BIG NO NO! for me, if you are training biceps or any exercise whether it be back or shoulders or chest, you are doing full range of motion. Half repping shit are for fucking pussies unless you are repping out in barbell Bench. If you want results with me you will have to endure my intense workouts, You will bleed your results by force whether both your body & mind likes it or not. I don’t fucking play games, I torture your body into obtaining the results it deserves through hard work and blood, sweat & tears. Fuck that pussy shit.
