if i don’t fill my own cup, i’m a moody mess
and i’m not talking tea or coffee
i’m talking energetically
yesterday when i woke up i literally felt drained.
i had nooo energy.
which means grumpy AF. and lazy to top it off
even the thought of making breakfast sounded like a terrible chore.
so i made the easiest and quickest meal i could.
this wasn’t like the smoothies i used to make with tons of spinach and chia and flax that tasted terrible unless i added a whole bag of blueberries... 😅
nah this smoothie had all that mixed into a DELICIOUS raw little scoop of powder that costs less than a latte from starbucks and tastes like brownie batter 🙌🏼 seriously wishing i had known about it sooner cause it would have saved a loottt of time and money.
but that’s okay, i have it now.
and yesterday it provided me with the energy i needed to start my day, to make moreee food, journal, meditate, listen to a podcast, and get out of the so-called slump i woke up in.
i’m so grateful to have access to these tools that fill my cup, and help keep me sane even on the toughestttt days.
