(Posted on @, 24 November 2017) SOUS VIDE SALMON FILET. What salmon dishes do you love best? Grilled, smoked, carpaccio, or sushi? I love sous vide the best. Sous vide allows for the taste of marinade to soak into the salmon thoroughly. Even so, the salmon's taste stays fresh. And more than anything, its structure is creamy like warm butter. It's absolutely fantastic!!🐟✨ Serves 2:
1. Get 2 fresh salmon fillets from the supermarket or a fishmonger and remove their skin.
2. Put the fillets into a thick freezer plastic bag with sliced lemon, sliced onion or garlic, salt, pepper and herbs like rosemary. Add olive oil until the salmon is covered. Seal the bag with a rubber band and warm in water at 50 degrees Celcius for 2 hours.
3. Wipe the marinade off the salmon. Serve with white wine like Italian Pino Grigio or Provence rose wine.
