I posted about this gem nearly 6 months ago and I’m so glad to say that the quality and flavours have remained equally impressive. Soft charcoal brioche bun (which only has a very slight grittiness to it due to the charcoal), a perfect portion of creamy avocado, sriracha mayo that adds a nice kick, thick strips of tender salt beef and a perfectly fried hens egg. Each component of this dish has been clearly thought out and you’re able to have a bit of everything in each mouthful. It all works together and makes for a delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch! Their consistency is definitely to be praised.
