One of my best friends came to me crying because she just found out she was sensitive to a lot of stuff she’s been eating. A lot of grains came up on her test and she goes “kenzie I can’t eat anything anymore, what am I going to do?!” I told her she’s lucky that grains are her biggest problem. Almost anything can be replaced with something else. It’s just like relationships..we think it’s the end of the world going through a breakup then we meet someone else and everything is perfect again. Cauliflower is now that replacement 😏 I made cauliflower “oats” this morning. Nut free, egg free, seed free and coconut freeeee. what’s left you ask?! DANK A** replacements 😏 ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup cauliflower rice.
- 1 cup @organicgemini tigernut milk.
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries.
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins gelatin.
- sprinkle of cinnamon and pink salt.
- 1 T @bobsredmill carob powder.
Directions: boil one head of cauliflower until soft, drain and pulse in the blender until it’s riced, pour your cauliflower into a nut bag and squeeze out the water. Add 1 1/2 cups of cauliflower into a pot, add in milk and simmer on low. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until your milk is soaked up. I topped mine with more blueberries and tigernut butter 😋 #comfortk #guthealth
