Every week I pick different juices and kombucha to add to smoothies! 🍹This week I have been adding these two and of course the real ingredients caught my attention🤔 black cherry juice is a wonderful way to get in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals , etc. components in the black cherry juice have been studied to provide ✔️free radical reduction (thus decreasing inflammation), ✔️aid in weight loss, help with ✔️gout attacks and ✔️arthritis pain (by decreasing urate levels in the body) ✔️increase sleep quality (contains significant amount of melatonin), ✔️help with anemia (low red blood cells) and in turn help with hair loss (which can present in people with anemia), etc! 👐🏼
Also like with anything, there are side effects so everything always in moderation (quote to life by). This is why I try all different juices! ✖️those with irritable bowel or SIBO, who have bad bacteria in their stomach, this bacteria will only thrive from sugar from juices like these, so be cautious if you are in a low sugar diet. 😵Even though I am in a low sugar diet, i don’t believe in cutting out fruits but the intake of vegetables and leafy greens should overpass intake of other foods, especially for the first 3 months of skin clearing and healing. 📢
Now also shoutout to this🍵 kombucha tea that is organic, has very minimal ingredients and no added sugars!! 🥂My favorite brand so far 👌🏼
