I tell you, the day will come when you will review your life and be thankful for every minute of it. Every hurt, every sorrow, every joy, every celebration, every moment of your life will be a treasure to you, for you will see the utter perfection of the design. You will stand back from the weaving and see the tapestry, and you will weep at the beauty of it.
— Neale Donald Walsch
Every year there are 3 times that hit me hard and I really miss my Dad… His birthday, his death, and the holidays. Some of the best memories of him was the joy we all experienced helping him cook breakfast for us on Christmas morning. We’d listen to all of the classics he played, anywhere from classical, reggae, to rock. I didn’t know then that he was painting scenes I would run over in my mind for years to come. That this had imprinted my heart and taught me the beauty of love, joy, happiness, and kindness. Receiving the feeling of safety and unconditional love from him was the greatest gift to my mother, sister and I. I’m beginning to learn that in every seemingly painful moment of loss presents another door of magic. And I hope there comes a day where I embody every morsel of strength and love that’s reflected in this quote. Today I am grateful to be partnered with @ a company who’s founders are a team of brothers who exude the same care for their family and to the extended family they’ve touched in the company and beyond. The last few weeks have been challenging and full, I’ve been working very hard and have finally found a new home for Sunna and I. I’m grateful to be able to use their products which support my body so that I may continue to work towards our next big expedition and dream. Check out this awesome holiday discount.
