Your life reflects your choices. And at the end of the day it’s your choices and your actions that either progress you or block you from living life the way you want and envision.
Take a look at your life and determine what needs to change, if anything, and make a plan. Maybe it’s your health, maybe it’s your surroundings, maybe it’s your job, maybe it’s the people you allow to have your time, maybe it’s yourself.
Do they live up to your expectations? Are they pushing you toward your goal? Or are they keeping you far from it?
I know this is a hard thing to touch on. Nobody wants to make changes when they’re big and scary. Nobody wants to admit to needing changes. But it’s those big scary changes that can mean so much in the long run.
The hour I give myself every morning to work on myself and change my health and reflect to change my mindset is so incredibly important for me to function well throughout the rest of the day, especially with all the information thrown at me as a therapist.
