Workouts from home are not effective, they say! 😃
You can never get abs without a personal trainer, they say. 😉
I have been working out from home for over 2,5 years now, streaming my workouts like you stream Youtube or Netflix videos.
💥It gave me freedom of schedule - I can workout any time it fits my schedule, not when the gym is open or when I have a class.
💥It gave me more time on my hands - I don't have to drive anywhere, I only workout 30-60 minutes a day (depending on a program I am doing).
💥It allowed me to involve my kids in fitness and show them every day that taking care of yourself is important and has to be a regular thing.
💥It allowed me to be myself and instead of self-consciously looking around the gym to check if anyone is watching me, I can focus on my workout and do my best even when it is not pretty. Because when I started I lacked confidence and my self-esteem was low.
💥And one more thing - I really like taking my own shower after a workout, and working out from home made it super easy. Workout is done - jump in the shower! Your own shower - no someone else’s cooties. 😆
Bottom line, what you believe becomes your reality. 🙌
I know for a fact that you CAN get the results you want working out at home! It will have to be paired with healthy nutrition of course, but I am telling you, you CAN do this! ♥️
