Thank you for your wonderful DMs. I’ll answer a few... My diet changes from time to time but right now... I eat a lot of low calorie food. A lot!!! Daily I eat... tons of no-starch vegetables (you really wouldn’t believe how much😲), very low carbs and sugar (a little fruit, small portion sweet potatoes, & low carb protein bars). I eat plenty of lean protein (150gm) and a moderate amount of healthy fats (tiny bit oil on salads, 1/2 avocado, 2 handfuls nuts, & fat from protein bars). My favorite treats are too much plain popcorn and a little dark chocolate. I drink black coffee and green tea and drink lots of water. I don’t eat dairy, don’t need it. I eat mostly “Paleo” style. Also... I’m not against any other diets! I help women with many different diets! Mine works for me right now, probably won’t later. I don’t believe in “one diet fits all”
I’m 5’9” 165lbs. Back in college I ran track at 175lbs. I was softer but very muscular. I had to lose weight to look leaner. Muscle has been easy for me to keep as I age as long as I eat a lot and frequently. My diet does feels like a part time job. And... I truly don’t remember the last time I ate badly😊.
