Tanggal tuaaa... males keluar. Masak2 aja dirumah, pas udah jadi dimakan sambil lanjutin baca Dilan. Seblak Bayam. Bahan ulek: Baput 2, bamer 2, cabe rawit 5, cabe besar 1, kencur 1 ruas. Bahan lain: Krupuk udang secukupnya Telur 1 butir (goreng orak arik) Sosis 3 pcs (iris sesuai selera) Daun bawang Daun bayam Kaldu jamur Bumbu nasgor instan 2 sdm (aq pake sajiku pedas) Gula, garam, merica. Cara membuat: 1. Rendam krupuk udang dengan air panas bbrp saat. Tiriskan. 2. Tumis bumbu ulek sampai harum 3. Didihkan air secukupnya, tuang bumbu tumis, beri gula garam merica, bumbu nasgor instan, kaldu jamur. 4. Masukkan krupuk udang, telur, sosis, daun bayam, tunggu sampai mendidih. 5. Koreksi rasa. Lentho Olahan tempe yang sangat praktis dan cepet habisnya kalo udah di meja makan...hihihi Karena lentho ini bisa untuk lauk dan cemilan juga... Lauk andalan kalo punya stok tempe yang udah berhari-hari di kulkas :D Resep dari nenek tercinta : -1/2 papan tempe, potong agak tebal dan goreng setengah matang lalu uleg agak halus -Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng -2 sdm tepung tapioka Bumbu halus : - 6 siung bawang putih - 2 buah cabe besar - 1/2 jempol lengkuas - 6 buah cabe rawit ( bisa di skip, sesuai selera) - garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya Cara : -siapkan baskom : campur tempe, bumbu halus dan tepung tapioka -aduk rata lalu tes rasa -ambil 2 sdm adonan bentuk sesuai selera ( lonjong atau bulat agak gepeng) -lalu goreng dengan api sedang -setelah berwarna kecokelatan, angkat dan sajikan -cocok dihidangkan dengan sayur lodeh, sayur bening dan sayur asem plus sambel terasi... - dimakan sama nasi anget tanpa sayur pun maknyuuusss.. :D #simplecooking #ilovecooking #dailycook #happytummy

Lumpia Ala2 Bunda Popy Kak Naila baru pulang study tour Jkt-Bdg. Capek katanya jadi nggak siaran radio pagi ini. Hari ahad yang mendung jadi pengennya ngemil terus. Minta ke bundanya nya bikin sesuatu yg renyah.. alhasil bikin lumpia deh. Kebetulan ada kulit lumpia. Di kulkas ada jagung manis, wortel dan telur.. oke sajalah dibuat isian lumpia. Bumbunya cm cabe merah, bamer, baput, kemudian diiris. Bumbu ditumis, kemudian masukkan telur, orak arik sebentar, masukkan wortel & jagung manis. Masukkan sedikit garam, gulpas, dan saos tiram. Langsung eksekusi,ngabisin si cabe-cabean😉😄 Tempe Orek Tumis Kecap Tempe 1 papan cabe hijau besar 8 cabe hijau kecil 6 cabe rawit merah 6 bawang merah 8 siung bawang putih 6 siung pete 1 papan garam secukupnya lada putih secukupnya sedikit gula pasir kecap manis minyak wijen sedikit cara membuat: tempe potong dadu,lalu goreng kering tumis bawang merah dan putih lalu masukkan cabe-cabean,pete,masukkan tempe yg telah digoreng lalu beri garam,lada,gula dan kecap. Tumis hingga merata.Jangan beri kecap terlalu banyak,secukupnya saja. (Try to dehydrate the mushrooms as much as you can to achieve the meaty texture) • 200 g broccoli florets, cut into bite size. • 2 tbs chopped ginger • 1 tbs chopped garlic • 20 g chopped scallions (green onions 🇬🇧) • 1 tbs coconut oil [sauce] • 1/2 cup vegetable broth (lightly salted) • 2 tsp arrowroot flour (or corn flour, but the finishing dish won't look as glossy) • 2 tbs tamari or soy sauce • 1/2 tsp black salt • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar • 1-2 tsp organic sugar • toasted sesame oil for seasoning afterwards • white pepper • 2 servings steamed rice 🌱 Instructions: 1. Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in [sauce] and set aside. 2. Sauté broccoli in coconut oil or any cooking oil you prefer for a few minutes. Since we cut the florets into bite size, the vegetable will cook much faster than usual. 3. Once the broccoli is cooked about half way, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and grilled mushrooms before sautéing until fragrant. 4. Gochujang, sesame, bok choy. Easy and delicious side dish. Sauté onions until browned and caramelized. Add tbsp of chile paste and cook for a minute. Add bok choy ans sauté for 3 min. Add a splash of soy sauce, cover and steam for 2. Season with a tsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds and all done! Ellie's dinner tonight (yes I am childish poking halves of sausage into the mash 😂). She ate all 3 sausages, 1/2 peas and 1/3 of the mash. I find portion sizes quite tricky for Ellie because some days she picks at food like a sparrow and other days she eats like a pig! She 'helped' me cook it - she poured the peas into the saucepan and watched me do the rest - I like to involve her in the cooking and maybe offer her a couple of dinner suggestions so she feels like she's choosing what to have. She's an independent toddler, knows what she wants. She prefers a proper homemade dinner to frozen stuff, so I try to cook her something decent most nights even if it's just a bowl of pasta with ham and grated cheese and cream stirred through it. Pudding was a yoghurt. I don't insist on a clear plate - children will eat however much they need and it's easy to create a situation where a child will over eat just to clear the plate and get the pudding. No need to create war over food at meal times. If Ellie doesn't eat much dinner there's no alternative but she is always allowed a yoghurt. When she's older she can have toast or a sandwich instead but I won't cook a whole other hot dinner. Pick your battles, that's my advice 😂 It's so easy to create negative associations with food that later manifest as 'issues' with eating. I will never utter the phrase "just think of all the starving children in the world who would give anything to have that nice dinner".
