#шампиньоны маринованные. Представляю ароматные грибочки к новогоднему столу - musthave! В магазинных баночках у грибов совсем не тот вкус;) На фото порция на 2-3 человека. Себестоимость - 2.9 byn или ~ 90 rub. Приготовление - быстро. Состав: 250 гр максимально свежих и чистых грибов - шапиньонов 2 ст л уксуса Соль 1 ч л и вторая по вкусу Укроп Лавровый лист Кориандр Смесь перцев Красный лук Приготовление: 1. Моем грибы, ножки чуть обрезаем. 2. Кипятим воду и добавляем лавровый лист, перец, кориандр в кипящую воду. Через пару минут кипения добавляем грибы и провариваем минут 5-7. 3. Сливаем воду не полностью, чуть оставляем на дне. Добавляем масло подсолнечное и уксус 2 ст л. + соли по вкусу 1/2 ч л. Варим минут 5-7. За две минуты до конца готовки нарезаем лук круглыми кольцами. Перемешиваем. 4. Далее сливаем воду, остужаем, выкладываем в тарелку и добавляем укроп и лук. It's my birthday this weekend so I made my family vegan lasagne 😊 My mom doesn't eat flour so hers was made with lentil lasagne noodles (top) they were better then I expected. Some days are hard and all we want is a quick meal. I wasn’t thinking much last night, other than trying to use some fresh food before it was too late. I had plantains that had to be made and a ripe avocado that wouldn’t make it to today. It was our vegetarian meal of the week. Our schedule has been completely crazy so we are off our usual meal plan, I had no plan. I fried the plantains, sliced the avocado and cooked some broccoli with garlic and olive oil. To my surprise there was no fuss and they ate everything! This is my go-to drink for holiday gatherings. It takes minutes to put together but looks incredible! Make it ahead to let the flavors steep for an even more delicious experience. Would you make this?? ⠀ ⠀ CHRISTMAS PUNCH⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ 2 liters Cranberry Sprite⠀ 64 oz (1 bottle) cranberry juice, see note⠀ 3 oranges, sliced⠀ 12 ounces cranberries (1 bag)⠀ 1 tablespoon vanilla extract⠀ ⠀ INSTRUCTIONS⠀ Combine all ingredients. ⠀ I like to leave about 1/2 cup of cranberries aside for garnish. ⠀ You can also slice the zest from the oranges for garnish before adding them to the drink. ⠀ ⠀ NOTES⠀ You can use all cranberry juice, or a combination of cranberry and whatever else you like. We love this punch with cran-raspberry or cran-apple as well. ⠀ ⠀ If you’d like to use frozen juice, just mix the frozen juice as directed on the package and use that in place of the bottled juice.

A dish inspired by so many. I was making apricot jam, as it was coming to a boil I scooped out the foam and added it to the tarragon cream sauce, which was bubbling in another pan. Pancitos rellenos de dulce membrillo 😋. 1/2 kilo de harina 1 sobre de levadura instantánea 2 cdas de aceite 1 cda de azúcar Dulce membrillo Masa: en una taza de agua caliente agregar el azúcar y la levadura para activar. En un bowl agregar la harina, hacer un hueco en el medio e incorporar el aceite, y la taza de agua y levadura. Amasar y dejar reposar hasta duplicar el volumen. Hacer bollitos y ponerle en el medio un cubito de dulce de membrillo. Hornear por 20’ min a temperatura media y prontos! Vamos lá… A ideia aqui é saciedade! 02 ovos irão fornecer +ou- 12g de gorduras aliado ao café preto sem açúcar, me trará uma saciedade em torno de 2hs, que será bem próximo da minha refeição “pré-treino”. É bom lembrar que cada a planejamento alimentar é individual, de acordo com  as necessidades e objetivos  do indivíduo. "O perfeito é inimigo do bom...” Sim! Acho que todo mundo já se perguntou algum dia o que comer antes de treinar, não!? Pois bem, hoje não tive como me organizar direito, foi no improviso. + ou - 150g de Batata doce cozida Acho que uma das coisas mais importantes além do tipo de alimento que devemos comer, é a hora em que irá comer, porque? Explico… Cada tipo de alimento tem um tempo de digestibilidade, então, além do nutriente que queremos ao ingerir o alimento, precisamos que ele esteja disponível na hora que "iremos utilizar". Nesta minha refeição como exemplo, ela antecedeu 2 horas antes do meu treino. Confesso que a quantidade é pouca mas no momento faz parte do plano. Além de ser uma fonte de Vitamina A, possui boas quantidades de papaína (auxilia na regeneração ou inflamações intestinais), possui pectina que auxilia na “saúde” da microbiota intestinal, e o farelo de aveia é uma excelente fonte de Beta-glucanas que além de reduzir o colesterol LDL, tem um forte potencial de diminuir a absorção da glicose.
