If you are watching my video feed you are gonna see exerpts from my new read by @ben_stuart_ on dating in this generation. Lots of practical info on how to deal with modern dating and what it's become. No you don't have to be dating or in a relationship to find it helpful. No you don't have to know Jesus to gain wisdom from it. That's what I love about the ministers I learn from ---the messages they bring are practical and help us be better in general at life--regardless of your current belief system!! Check it out and keep messaging me for more info if needed!! ❤️❤️ #datingishard #singlenessishard #lifeishard #whygoatitalone #everyoneneedssomeone #selfhelpbooks #dating #jesusfollower #bebetter #ynfa #youneverfightalone #joshua1v9

Wake Up & Be Blessed in your singleness!!! #singlenessisagift #singlenesshasadvantages #singlenessishard #singlenessisnotpermanent #whatdoesthebiblesay _______________________________________________________So much in our society is structured around couples. It’s often just assumed that adults will have a partner and that there’s something rather odd about them if they don’t for any period of time. We must resist the implication that singleness is second best. The Bible says Marriage is good, but so is singleness: it has been “given” to some. _______________________________________________________When the Bible speaks of singleness as a gift,it isn’t speaking of a particular ability some people have to be contentedly single. Rather, it's speaking of the state of being single. As long as you have it, it’s a gift from God, just as marriage will be God’s gift if you ever receive it. We should receive our situation in life, whether it is singleness or marriage, as a gift of God’s grace to us. _______________________________________________________Single people can devote themselves more fully to God’s work: “An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord’s affairs—how he can please the Lord. But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world—how he can please his wife—and his interests are divided” (1 Cor. 7:32-34).
