What has become my "mantra" for approximately a year now:
KINDNESS, COMPASSION & NON-JUDGEMENT.
It is not just about being kind to others, which of course we aim to be.. it is about kindness to self. It is not just about being compassionate towards others, which of course is a golden rule...it is about showing compassion to ourself. And it's not just about NOT judging others or ourselves, but it is about NOT labeling situations or events that occur in our life. The more that we treat others with gratitude and appreciation, and the more that we avoid putting terms such as "good" or "bad" or "difficult" on things that cross our life path, the more we will flow and find our highest place of bliss.
The manner in which we hold conversation with ourselves, where no one is able to listen, reflects from the inside out and onto the external world. Mind the narration of your life. You ARE the narrator, the story-teller. Change the story and you might just surprise yourself in more ways than one!
