Look at that back! After injuring my back in October I’ve had a knot run up my back and made itself home behind my shoulder blade. As of a week ago it’s officially gone! Thanks @hyperice! Only a couple weeks of treatment and now my shoulder blades can comfortably pull back into position without pain! I’m so happy. However, my hamstring is doing much better and this is me deadlifting for the first time in almost three weeks. 🤦🏻♀️ Programming is almost done. Just trying to round some other shit out.
