Repost @riixorecovery ⚡️⚡️THE BIG LIFTS ⚡️⚡️ ——- If you are experiencing knee pain while squatting it’s usually due to not pushing the knees OUT (check back at #babformtips to see my latest post on the KNEES OUT cue) or allowing your knees to continue sliding forward throughout the entire squat - termed “knee slide.”⠀ ⠀ If you see that your knees slide further forward at the bottom of the squat this means there is an imbalance between the anterior/posterior (front and back) forces on the knee and it causes increased stress on the knee - oftentimes leading to knee pain.⠀ ⠀ The cause of most knee slides? Starting the squat by only sitting the hips back without letting the knees move forward at all in the beginning. This causes the knees to lag behind and have to continue moving forward all the way throughout the squat.⠀ ⠀ Instead, you want your knees to travel forward at the same time as the hips are moving back. These two movements should happen SIMULTANEOUSLY, not hips back and then knees forward. You want the knees to reach their final end destination about half-way down, stop moving forward, and have the rest of the movement down be caused by continuing to close the hip angle.⠀ Squatting shouldn’t hurt your knees, and if it does it something that you need to address. Start with making sure your form is correct, that you are shoving your knees out and not letting your knees slide forward at the bottom of the squat. Это был крайний 3 подход (на штанге 100кг)😌 В начале подхода, думал я..., ”Сделаю сейчас присед 3 подхода на 20 и пару упр. на ноги + к этому еще порция на плечи”...А не тут то было😄 Уже после 2 подхода я чувствовал затуманенность в глазах👀... Но я сказал себе, во что бы ни стало, я должен это вытерпеть и сделать! И знаете, после крайнего подхода, у меня не только затуманило глаза, но и начался рвотный рефлекс🤢 Я думаю это из-за жирной пищи, которую я сегодня употребил перед тренировкой🍗...Но так или иначе, я очень доволен что сделал это! На споте @michaelkillingit Сила Воли - это то, что заставляет тебя ПОБЕЖДАТЬ, когда твой рассудок говорит тебе, что ты ПОВЕРЖЕН!
