The December 9th Comedy show was a highlight of my year! I had performed the Friday before in Charleston to prepare myself, but I was still nervous going into it because I knew I was sharing the stage with some really talented, really funny people.
My set went great, but my favorite part of the night was sitting together and sharing the stage with the other comics at the end as we answered questions and shared stories. It just felt like buddies hanging out in a big living room with a lot of people.
I’m grateful for the fun experience, the people I met, and all the homemade cards I sold! Who knew a D.I.Y. merch table would go so well!?? Thanks to friends and everyone who supported and came out, and my family who got to see me perform for the first time since I started performing (almost 2 years ago). Comedy is a long road, but this was a highlight in the journey! .
