What motivates you? What if you have lost motivation to train or be active?
We all lose motivation sometimes, I actually lost my motivation to train due to being sick for a few week and having my training thrown off track. How did I get past this, I found something to motivate me to get back into the swing of training and eating well, which for me was looking and feeling as best I can for my entry for the @oxygenmagau cover girl competition.
So, whether it be going on walks with a friend, training with a friend, getting yourself a trainer, trying new classes at your gym, being inspired by your fitness idols @hattieboydle @shannahbaker and @sophie_ocallaghan_ @anna_mcmanamey are just a few of my fitness idols 😁 go out there and find your motivation and get back into the swing of things💪 ☆Stay happy ☆Stay healthy
