Before you heal someone, ask them if they are willing to give up the things that made them sick.💯 FEW TIPS TO PRACTICE SELF CARE.. So based on what I've discovered tends to help me at times. ✔Not apologizing for needing a day away from the world, staying in PJs & watching TV or gaming, basically just giving myself permission to be selfish & recharge. ✔🗣 Walking & exploring with my dog. ✔Blasting loud music, going dancing or simply having a dance party w/ my pup🤣 ✔Writing a 'F**k You' letter to someone from my past who really hurt me & burning it. (FORGIVE & LEARN)💯 ✔Finding the quietest coffeehouse and reading, browsing the Internet & just tuning out the thoughts as much as possible. ✔Buying that one item I definitely don't need, just really wantand not giving myself a hard time about it. ✔The best thus far is my gym time👌 ✔These things are just some of the ones I tend to do more often than others, sometimes they help, other times they don't. However, I believe this advice should not be applied to everyone. __ Workout results mean different things to different people—after all everyone has different reasons for working out. ... Or maybe you have a specific goal, like training for a race, a heavier deadlift, losing weight, or building muscle.👌 ___ So therefore, there will be times when exercising less and eating more is the right course of action. Fact is, few of my client eat more, move more. And others it’s eat less move less.💯 ___ In addition, its important to make sure that your goals are realistic and attainable for you. One of many reason many of us say we don't exercise is because we're too busy to make time for it.🤦‍♂️ __ I mean it's easy to let a busy schedule turn you off to exercise and that's often compounded by the fact that we know we need a certain amount of exercise time to lose weight and get healthy. #witnessitdaily __ Then there's cardio, which we're supposed to do most days of the week for 30-60 minutes and then strength training workouts, which we are supposed to do 2-3 times a week. And if you're already struggling to get some workout, it may seem overwhelming and impossible to accomplish that.😔 __ SOLUTION: You may have heard that shorter workouts done throughout the day are just as effective at burning calories as one, longer workout. That's great, but it's confusing trying to figure out how to change your longer workouts into shorter ones. If you only have 10 or 15 minutes at a time, how long should your warm-up be? What exercises should you do?
