2 weeks left of 2018!!! 2 weeks to think " the best is yet to come". Many people will be setting up resolutions. What I do hope most people get to do is NOT to think about words like : weight loss. Now. Fast. DIET...will Do it for others ...BUT instead to frame their mind with WORDS like " Process. Progress. Consistency. Strength. Wellness. Joy . Energy. Will Do it For ME .

Make that process exciting! Learn about yourself. Learn about your strengths and the fragile points that need to be challenged. Grow and live at your full potential.
I started this initiative focusing on targeting the community at large. Not the elite athlete who exercises and eats right and has the motivation.
Not the one who wants to lose weight mainly. I started this to guide people in finding their inner strength, to enjoy the process of changes happening at many levels when something that we may think we cant do....but then we start, we dont stop and we simply keep on doing!!! The challenges that exercise and even sticking to a healthy diet place in our daily decision making are challenging. Making changes to our life and having self control is not easy but it is possible. Eliciting YOUR own and intrinsic motivation to follow consistently a helathylifestyle with realistic goals and reach wellness can be done because YOU have done and faced far more difficult things in your life!!!! ..so face this one area, this challenge and dare yourself to be proud, to be strong, to be consistent despite the obstacles.
So this 2019 I wish and hope that you become YOUR OWN BEST COMPETITION and that you do it EVERY single day. I know you CAN.
